ARU students ended the one week training on Ethical Leadership and Decision Making by Beverly Kracher (Ph,D) and Approaches to Leadership by Dr. Brenda Bushell. During the training, students learnt technical, human and conceptual skills to leadership. Students also learnt various skills in decision making such as analyzing the concept of ethical leadership, determine the virtues of an ethical person and build ethical leadership influence skills through practice.
The training involved group discussions, presentations and research in collaboration with the Tradition Wisdom specialists.
