The Vice Chancellor is responsible for the academic, administrative and financial affairs of the University, and acts on behalf of the Chancellor when required.
The University Secretary is responsible for the overall management and administration of funds and all other assets and properties of the University as well as providing advice on financial matters. The Office oversees University development planning and commercial activities and programmes.
The Academic Registrar is the chief coordinator of all matters pertaining to the academic organisation of the University such as examinations, admissions, records and archives, ceremonies and schedules.
The University Librarian is the head of ARU Library Services. This office is responsible for library policies and procedures, for procurement and custody of materials, and for supervising the Library staff.
The University Bursar manages financial transactions for the University including maintenance of all financial records and the University accounting system. The Bursar supports financial planning and budgeting for the University and the production of periodical financial statements and final accounts.
