ARU’s Practicum is done at various collaborative community levels as follows:

  • Field/Project Works – these punctuate the three years of study at the University; these are done at community level in a village.
  • One month Community Practicum – this involves working with selected villages and/or groups of people in a Parish during Third Year in Semester II of the University.
  • Internship – this involves working with communities and/or groups of people at Sub-County level in collaboration with stakeholders and with the Epicenter Manager as their field mentors, for one academic year during the Fourth Year at the University.
